Games will not be installed on sand or uneven surfaces, and installation on upper floors is strictly prohibited. Supervision of children is the sole responsibility of the customer, and there must be adults present to supervise throughout the usage period. A 220V power source must be available at the installation site. Games must not be moved after installation except by the installation team. A refundable deposit of 200 SAR per game will be charged and returned upon receiving the game in good condition. Installation and dismantling may take place anytime from dawn until Maghrib prayer, and the duration may vary depending on the type of game and location. Any additional fees imposed by event venues or rest areas are fully borne by the customer.
