A professional vegetable/onion slicer designed for commercial or industrial use in large kitchens and food preparation facilities. The main body is a robust, integrated unit with a rectangular shape and a clean, bright metallic finish. The slicing unit (head): The large cylindrical slicing head is located on the front left side and includes a slot for mounting various blade discs. It is covered by a protective cap and has a material feed opening. The machine stands on sturdy legs equipped with casters, at least two of which appear to be mobile, making it easy to move and maneuver within the kitchen efficiently. The control panel is located on the top and rear of the machine and contains operating switches and indicators. The emergency stop button, clearly marked in red and yellow, is located at the top of the control panel, indicating adherence to high occupational safety standards. Operating Arm: A handle or upper arm (T-handle) is used to operate the pressing or feeding mechanism, ensuring continuous and uniform slicing. Discharge Port: An opening at the bottom of the machine body allows the sliced/diced onions to exit into a collection container.
